Description

Hammered basin with copper fixing ring

The collection basin has a diameter of 410 mm. This hammered copper basin is used to collect the water that runs through the rain chains. Aesthetically, it can be the first element of the rainwater drainage in your garden.

It is a very useful accessory with a hook and chain of about 20 cm that allows it to be attached to the foot of the rain chain. Pebbles placed at the bottom of the pond give an extra touch to the whole. The pond is weighted and thus provides a slight tension on the chain.  You will appreciate the use of the catch basin to watch the water flow into your garden.

Once the pond is filled, the water overflows and flows into your garden or into a manhole under the pond. You can add other decorative elements along the water’s path: bamboo, valleys or small channels. In this case, choose the best place to combine water drainage and pond viewing.

Japanese aesthetics

It will accentuate the visual interest of the whole and highlight your rain chain. This type of installation is commonly used on Japanese temples and blends in perfectly with the surrounding gardens. You will surely have the pleasure of seeing the birds come to drink from this water reserve.
